Experiential Activities“Feasting” on Our Triune God

Mary Ann Fatula, O.P. speaks about the triune God as a “magnificent banquet on whom our hearts and minds were made to feast.” We feast on the triune God through our actual personal experience of transformation. What experience of “feasting” are you aware of in your life or the lives of others? What is your experience of our triune God transforming your life or the lives of others in the midst of loving community? |
Marc Chagall. 1920. |
The following suggestions are possible ways for you to reflect on experiences of transformation (your own or someone else’s). We invite you to work individually and/ or in groups using one of the suggestions below (or any other possibility that is life-giving to you) to reflect upon the transforming power of the triune God.
An opportunity to share your “feasting” can be found in the Sharing Your Experience portion of this website and at “The Feasting” exhibit planned for the Area Meetings in the fall of 2006.
